Who we are

We are YourWay 3D – we are a retailer, designer and production company that manufatures our own designs, licenced designs and custom items. Our website address is: https://yourway3d.uk.

Comments

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymised string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service Privacy Policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

Media

If you upload or provide images to the website or our service, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website. We will store these images for the purposes of production/reproduction of your requested item, these will be permanently deleted after no less than 12 months or sooner if you request it.

Contact Forms

Where you fill in a contact form we will retain this data for six months – we will use this only to deal with your query.

Order Data

We will store your order data extending to name, address, telephone number and email address as well as any personalisation you may request on an order – this data is stored for the purposes of order fulfilment and will be permanently deleted after no less than 12 months.  We do not store any payment details – these are handled by payment processing parters such as STRIPE who have their own relevant statements on how they handle data which is aligned to UK Banking Legislation.

If you leave a comment on our site you may opt in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. If you select “Remember Me”, your login will persist for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed.

If you edit or publish an article, an additional cookie will be saved in your browser. This cookie includes no personal data and simply indicates the post ID of the article you just edited. It expires after 1 day.

Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.

These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, including tracking your interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to that website.

Our site tracks click, logins and transactions, this allows us to monitor site usage and idenfy issues / concerns with selected content.  It also allows us to filter out undesirable content or usage.

We use your data only to process your order or enquiry. Data is shared from and with purchase platforms such as ETSY, eBAY, Amazon and others (where applicable – we do not cross share data – data is only shared with the relevant platform you placed your order with) and our credit card transaction partner Stripe for the purposes of processing payments. 

We do not and will not share your data with any third party – we do not sell or use the data for any other purposes.

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognise and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

Order data is retained for a minimum of 12 months and this may contain information provided by yourself which facilitates the order processing, we do not store any data that is not necessary for fulfillment of your order which typically consists of: Name, Address, Email, Phone, Order Details and any communication/requests you may have made with us.

If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service which is provided by a trusted partner.

We do not store any payment details on our site – payment processing is done by Stripe or your ordering platfirm- any payment data is stored only by them and not shared with YW3D.

We collected any contact information purely for the efficient running of the business to keep you informed about your orders and to confirm/update on requests placed through our system or ported to our system via order platforms.

Your data is limited to contact information only, we do not store payment details on this system – these details are secured by our banking partner stripe – stripes security details can be found here :  Security at Stripe

We operate modern, monitored and well patched systems, we keep our systems up to date and only store data relevant to the order fulfillment / delivery.

We are registered with the ICO (Registration reference: ZB942480 ). We are committed to following their guidance and requirements in the event of an issue, we will always report to them any such breach.

We intergrate sales data from platforms such as ETSY, eBay, Amazon for the purposes of stock management and order fulfillment, we do not purchase leads or any mailing lists.

Automation is only deployed within our order fulfillment / delivery – we may use this to prompt for a photo to be sent, with updates on your delivery and to confirm order delivery.   We do not use automation for any decision making we we do not profile with the data we hold.
